Through the restructuring of its assets and the consolidation of its resources, BNBM has embarked on a development trend of intensive diversification and created a three-pronged operational framework that combines investment in the building materials industry, logistics and trading, and the industrialization of the housing sector. Within this framework, the group’s partially-owned subsidiary, China National Building Material Co., Ltd. (hereunder abbreviated as “CNBM”), constitutes the core base of its building materials manufacturing operations. In terms of logistics and trading, the main pillar of the group’s activities is jointly comprised of its Materials Circulation Center (hereunder abbreviated as “Logistics Center”), its Import-Export Division, its Wooden Product Division, and its subsidiary, Beijing New Building Materials Trading Co., Ltd. (hereunder abbreviated as “BNBM Trading Co.”), while its Housing Industry Development Department forms the center of its housing industry operations.

BNBM Group operations involving product divisions mainly include: basic building materials, decorating and renovation materials, wood products, metallurgical materials, mineral products, mechanical equipment, chemical products, steel construction houses, and general contracting services for construction design, etc.
